Following an enquiry, the co-ordinator will visit the member to assess eligibility and identify whether Oshwal Elderly Welfare Association can provide the support that is needed. |

If appropriate, a volunteer advocate will be introduced to the member to assist. |

Members must be over 50. |

Members must have an understanding of what advocacy means and want to be supported by the services. |
 |
Members who have no one to act independently on their behalf. |
 |
Members who have issues that cannot readily dealt with other agencies. |
