Trained staff can check your entitlement to extra money and help you fill in the necessary forms. This service can be offered in your home when required.
  • Outreach Services
  • An extension to our Information and Advice Service is an Outreach Service, which is provided by the co-ordinator and trained volunteers. This service is offered in your own home or at a suitable place, thus eliminating the need for the member to travel for information and advice.

  • Outreach Benefit Services

Members who might be eligible for Attendance Allowance, Disability Living Allowance, Pension Credit, etc, and who find it difficult to get out, are visited in their homes and given help in completing their application forms. Talks are also given to members, in partnership with Pension Services to raise the profile of the availability of these benefits.
