Raj Shah
Birth   :   19th August 1996
Death :   1st October 2007
Raj was a very special son and taught us to live with compassion and dignity. From a very young age he had plenty of spirit, a gentle sense of humour and always hungry for knowledge and eager to learn.
In his short life, Raj travelled the globe and touched everyone’s lives with his zest for life & his glowing cheerful smile. He showed tremendous courage, determination & a positive attitude to succeed everyday in everything he did.
He knew how to recite his Navkar Mantra, 24 Tirthankar names, Uvassaggaharam Stotra, Logassa Stotra, Prabhu Darishan, Samaro Mantra & Gayatri Mantra.
To endure what he endured and then to attain Nirvana so calmly and bravely showed a maturity & wisdom that people many times his age have not learnt. What a lesson to us all. For it’s not the quantity of days that we survive on earth that really matters but the quality and intensity of our living.
The world has lost a Diamond, but he has left a wonderful sparkle that will be with us all, forever.
Not gone from Daddy’s memory, Not gone from Mummy’s love, But gone to shine with God, In his beautiful Home above.
A little flower, just lent, not given, to bud on earth and bloom in Heaven
May his soul rest in peace Om Shanti : Om Shanti : Om Shanti
