You are needed
The Co-ordinator is always available for guidance and support
Caring, Enthusiasm and energy can be most valuable as well as previous experience.
There is a variety of work available so it should be possible to find one that suits you.
You have the opportunity to change the kind of volunteering you do.
You may take the time to get used to a new work routine.
An hour or two a week or even an hour or two a month is usually enough to do some valuable work.
Enjoy yourself and be satisfied.
